If you experience any difficulties ordering through our website, please contact us at orders@feelyourboobies.com.

 

How long can I expect delivery to take?   

Your order will be filled as promptly as possible once we receive your payment.  Remember, it’s just Leigh, Jim & Anne (her parents) right now so we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery from the time we receive your payment.  Most orders will be filled much more quickly than this and we will be sure to notify you as soon as possible of any delays if we can’t meet our 14 day delivery goal.

 

How do I calculate shipping?   

All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart according to total price of your purchase. 

 

How can I check the status of my order?   

Once the order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. If you wish to check on the status of your order, you can email us at orders@feelyourboobies.com. We will respond as quickly as possible.

 

What payment methods do you accept?   

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cashiers checks and money orders.

 

What tax rate are you charging?   

If you live in, or ship your order to Pennsylvania, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase at the current rate of 6%.

 

How will I know that my order was accepted?   

Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

What is your refund and exchange policy? 

If you wish to return an item you can do so within 7 days of receiving it.  Just return the merchandise in its original package to: Feel Your Boobies, PO Box 41, Middletown PA 17057.  Unfortunately, Feel Your Boobies cannot cover return shipping costs for returns made based on sizing or preference.

 

You must include the following information with your returned item:

1. Your email, contact information and/or fax.

2. The item number & description of the merchandise being returned/exchanged.

3. The original invoice number (last three numbers of the long number found at the top of your receipt).

 

If you would like a refund, please indicate that in a note included with the returned merchandise.

If you would like to exchange the merchandise for another size, please indicate which size you’d like and include payment for the return shipping.

What if the merchandise I ordered arrived damaged during shipping?

In cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged package at orders@feelyourboobies.com and follow the steps above.
